Safety

At Franks Mechanical Contractors, Inc. we have a strong commitment to providing the safest working environment possible — on every project, every day. We maintain an aggressive and proactive Safety Program, aimed at increasing employee awareness and minimizing occurrences of injury.

Our ongoing Safety Program includes, but is not limited to:

• Formal classroom training & OSHA certification
• Jobsite-specific safety training
• Weekly safety meetings for all field personned, using "Tool Box Talks" as a catalyst for the review of project challenges
• We engage a 3rd party Risk Management consultant, who conducts unannounced project safety inspections of all of our jobsites on an ongoing basis
• A Safety Committee comprised of our management, general superintendent, and elected field representatives; Purpose is to set policy, review inspection reports, review employee training & field suggestions, etc.
• A Safety Incentive Program

Safety training is an ongoing process that contributes highly to keeping our employees safe and aware, and to our overall sucess.
