Green Buildings are designed and constructed to minimize their impact on the environment while providing a comfortable environment for the building occupants. The Green building movement is a key component of the future of construction in the Chicago area, and Franks Mechanical Contractors is proud to be an active participant in the process.

Many of the projects we are associated with are being built with the goal of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. Others simply include sound environmental and energy efficient principles.
